Pathologies of spine like trauma, infection, malignancy or congenital problems can cause disturbed structural integrity causing deformity and displacement spine. Spinal fusion a natural process healing bones where stability restored. However, alignment strength achieved by may inadequate slow, with persistent neural structure. Natural fusion, thus need correctly re-aligned then fixed grafts instruments. To achieve faster stronger augmented pharmacological agents, graft expanders enhancers.
